Canarian Photo Awards gives you the opportunity to win one of the biggest prizes awarded in a photography contest in the Canary Islands.
The CANARIAN PHOTO AWARDS are a link between the incredible beauty found in our world and photography. A way to bring art, nature and sustainability closer through a photographic contest that will undoubtedly bring much more than a prize to its winner.
For our first edition we have prepared all the ingredients to offer the best to our participants. And not only during the contest. In addition to the €15,000 in prizes that we keep for our photographers, we have stays at MYND Hotels for our winners and an unforgettable gala dinner to which our winners will be invited. All to ensure that our participants enjoy a unique contest that can take them to discover one of the paradises of the world: The Canary Islands.
Keeping the spirit of participation and unity that characterizes our CANARIAN PHOTO AWARDS we have selected 5 categories in which you can show your worth as a photographer: Landscape, Drone, Fauna, Canarian World and Night Photography and Astrophotography. In addition, following our principles, the jury will also value positively the photographs that inspire the conservation of our environments from a sustainable point of view.
Don’t miss the opportunity to be one of the pioneer winners of what will undoubtedly be one of the main annual photographic events in the coming years. Choose your best work, upload your photos and give yourself the chance to compete for prestige, fame and 15,000 euros in monetary prizes.
Prizes:
4,000€ + Trophy + one week B&B stay in a hotel of the MYND chain, for the overall winner.
1,000€ + Gold Medal + 3-day B&B stay in a hotel of the MYND chain for the best photograph in each of the categories.
Silver distinctions in each category.
Honorable mentions in each category.
Eligibility:
Canarian Photo Awards is open to all Photographers: Amateur and Professional from all over the world. Anyone over 18 years of age can enter the competition.
Copyrights & Usage Rights:
The rights of the photographs will belong exclusively to the author of the photograph.
Of the awarded or finalist photographs, the organization, the sponsors and the collaborating companies reserve the right to reproduce the images for publicity of the event, contest, sponsorships and awards ceremony, as well as their reproduction in traveling exhibitions, always naming the author of the photograph.
