A Capa-nagydíj 2021 pályázatok beadási határideje:
2020. szeptember 15., kedd, 23:59
Robert Capa Magyar Fotográfiai Nagydíj 2021
https://capa-nagydij.capacenter.hu/
A Robert Capa Kortárs Fotográfiai Központ meghirdeti a Robert Capa Magyar Fotográfiai Nagydíjhoz kapcsolódó 2020/2021. évi pályázatot azon középgenerációs alkotók munkájának elismeréseképpen, akik kiemelkedő teljesítményt nyújtanak a magyar fotográfia területén.
A Capa-nagydíjat minden évben olyan, a fotográfia bármely ágában dolgozó alkotó kaphatja, aki szakmailag megalapozott múlttal rendelkezik és korábban kiemelkedő tehetségről tett tanúbizonyságot.
A Capa-nagydíj 2021 elnyerése pályázathoz kötött, közvetlen jelölésre nincs mód.

This Facebook event draws attention to the deadline of the Capa Grand Prize Hungary 2021 Open Call.
The deadline of submitting the entries for the Capa Grand Prize Hungary 2021: Tuesday, September 15, 2020, 11:59 p.m.
Robert Capa Photography Grand Prize Hungary 2021
https://capa-nagydij.capacenter.hu/index/en
The Robert Capa Contemporary Photography Center calls for entries for the Robert Capa Photography Grand Prize Hungary 2020/2021 in order to recognize the work of those middle generation artists who produce an outstanding achievement in Hungarian Photography.
The Capa Grand Prize Hungary is annually awarded to an author who works in any branch of photography, has been established professionally, and demonstrates a proven track record of outstanding talent.
The Capa Center established the prize to emphasize its commitment to the creation of new artworks that enrich our society. The fellowships and the prize aim at furthering the development of the artists, and encouraging their future experimentation.
The Capa Grand Prize Hungary 2021 may only be awarded to the winner of the contest; it is not based on direct nomination. The contest is open to individuals or small groups (max. 5 people). The contest may be entered by Hungarian citizens, and non-Hungarian citizens living in Hungary, if they are over 30 years old. In the case of groups, at least half of the members must meet these two requirements.
One can enter the contest by submitting an unpublished work already in progress, and a synopsis drafting the completion of this work, which also includes suggestions regarding the final form, the planned installation and presentation of the work. The entry documentation may contain elements presented earlier, but only those artworks may be awarded which, in the course of the fellowship, turn into an entirely new artwork based on a concept that differs from the original.
The entries and synopses are expected to fall within the field of documentary photography, and exhibit a socially committed creative methodology.
