NORTHERN SPAIN: Following El Camino
Let’s discover the beautiful but less known North of Spain, following one of the most famous pilgrimage routes in the world —the Way of Saint James— celebrating during 2021 the Holly Xacoben Year!
We’ll stop first at Bilbao and San Sebastián in the unique Basque Country. Then we’ll learn about the famous Running of the Bulls Festival in Pamplona. In our way to the East we’ll cross the Castilian plateau to visit Burgos and León and its impressive Gothic cathedrals. Finally, we’ll get into Galicia —Spain’s westernmost region— arriving at the wonderful and magical Santiago de Compostela… the end of the Way.
