“Több, mint 4 évet éltem Göteborgban, Svédországban. Eközben a város elérte a 400. évét, amit a koronavírus-járvány miatt egyébként 2020 helyett csak idén, 2023-ban ünnepelnek. Mit jelent ez a mindössze egy századnyi (4/400) idő nekem és mit jelent a városnak?

Ebben a fotósorozatban nem Göteborg bemutatása a célom, hanem elsősorban azt vizsgálom, hogy az a tér-idő metszet amelyben találkoztunk milyen lenyomatokat hagyott bennem és hogyan

hatottunk egymásra. A hely ahol élsz, meghatároz. A helyet ahol élsz meghatározod.” Dorogi Enikő

“I lived in Gothenburg, Sweden for more than 4 years. In the meantime, the city reached its 400th anniversary, which by the way will be celebrated only this year, in 2023, instead of 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. What does this one hundredth (4/400) of time mean to me and to the city?

In this series of photographs, I do not wish to present Göteborg, but rather to explore what imprint the city left on me in the space-time intersection we met, and how we interacted in it. The place where you live defines you. You define the place you live in.” Enikő Dorogi

The exhibition is part of the official program of the Budapest Photo Festival 2023.
